Our philosophy at the Sustainable Leather Foundation is to provide a holistic approach to improvement and education.
Helping the industry to improve benefits everyone – there are no losers! Our Sustainability Matters bulletins are designed to give easily digestible information on a range of topics that are important within the scope of sustainability and the leather value chain. Over time these bulletins will be developed to include a range of “broad commercial”, “broad technical” and “deep technical” information to add value at whatever level you are working within the industry.
Our comprehensive guidance and templates are designed to support leather manufacturers and associated facilities and suppliers to engage and improve. A complete booklet will be available to accompany the SLF Audit Standard
